Our standard delivery is shipped with Royal Mail, Second Class. This means you should receive your order within 3 days of shipping. During peak times such as Christmas, this may be longer.

Yes, complying to CLP regulation is very important to us to ensure you and your loved ones safety. All candles and diffusers will have a CLP label attached.

4. What if I don't like the scent?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, we offer exchanged and refunds within 30 days of purchase. As we are a small business, postage costs will not be covered by TMO5CANDLECO.
