All our packages are sustainably wrapped and boxed.
We use Royal Mail to courier our goods. Flat rate postage is calculated on most areas throughout the UK.
If your package has been lost in transit, please provide us with proof of purchase and the tracking number, we will do everything we can to locate your order.
If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly returns/exchanges are acceptable, however any postage incurred shall be covered by the customer.
If your package has been marked as being delivered, please reach out to Royal Mail directly using your tracking number.
